This ticket was to update the main MPCI Application (main) for the 2025+ CY to support the Margin Protection Plan (MP).The new APH Yield Analysis Worksheet format was developed to help the Insured determine to what option(s) should have been elected to apply to a unit's APH to receive the best Approved Yield. While doing some research MCT stumbled across that the Attachment Types for the WFRP individual forms were still listed. Automated SOI: To allow AIPs and their agencies greater flexibility in printing the Automated SOI functionality, a new flag was added to the agency record so that, at the agency level, the SOI omitted Zero AR Lines - SOI. This ticket implemented the changes needed to allow multi-signatures for MPCI policies. Attachments Functionality: Only showed missing documents. When attempting to add/view an AOI from this screen, it was discussed that even if a policy with all coverges cancelled should still show up on the screen, but indicate that it was cancelled to eliminate confusion or user error. This ticket was to fix a bug that was found in MCT testing of Ticket 220919 in the 18.005.0 Release for the Nursery Underwriting Inspection Report, that was updated in the 2026 NVS Handbook. SPOIs were updated and made available from RMA on April 16. The Special Provisions for 2026 Reinsurance Year were downloaded from 2026_SPOI_0430.zip. This ticket was to provide more ECO data on the Schedule of Insurance. 2026 RY SPOIs released on June 5, 9, 17 and 23, 2025 - 6/30 CCD. It was discovered that the No Longer Farming (NLF) lines were not printing on the Production Reporting Worksheet when the print option Include No Longer Farming (NLF) Premium Lines was selected. Help Site: A Single Payee option was added to the UI with the addition of the Fast Edit AOI screen, which removes the AOI from the policy-level view into a grower-level view.

Production Report: The Production Report's Insurability check boxes were printing based on the insurability at acreage reporting, but should be based off of production. This ticket updated the Annual Agency Non-Disclosure Certification format to match the eSign enabled Certificate in the Agency Agreement menu, so all locations print the Certificate with the same format. AOI: This enhancement added the new form, Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) – Single Payee Agreement, to the Livestock print menus. This ticket implemented the updated 2026 Hurricane Data Provisions and Wind Index Endorsement. The April 22 SPOIs for Annual Forage RI Plan and Cabbage APH Plan for the 2026 Reinsurance Year were made available from RMA and were updated in the system. TOC/TOR: This ticket re-added the transfer approved verbiage to the Transfer of Coverage and Right to an Indemnity (TOR) form for MPCI and Livestock. Quick LRP Estimate: This ticket updated the "Insured Value" column header on the Quick LRP Estimate printout to display as “Liability”. This ticket fulfilled the request to no longer display the Grant Authority Statement on the Livestock Specific Endorsement (SCE) or Quarterly Coverage Endorsement (QCE) statement pages. This ticket updated the DAS DocuSign functionality to use the Signature Format of the Grower’s Authority Records if applicable. The HD review trigger for 2025+ livestock claims was not aggregating across all claims for the policy with the same county/commodity. A new Fast Edit AOI screen was created to show all policies for a grower (by GrowerTIN/Entity Type/RY) and then allow a user to view all AOIs under each policy associated with that grower given they have permissions to view the policies. Livestock SOI: This ticket added the Livestock Schedule of Insurances (SOIs) to the Batch Printing menu. DRP Application: Updates were made to the Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Application to support the use of proper signatures and the printing of multiple signatures when required by entity type. LRP Feeder Cattle SPOI: The April 28 SPOIs for Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Feeder Cattle Plans for the 2026 Reinsurance Year were made available from RMA and were updated in the system. LRP Fed Cattle SPOI: The April 30 SPOIs for Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Fed Cattle Plans for the 2026 Reinsurance Year were made available from RMA and were updated in the system. DRP SOI: The May 12 basic provisions from RMA were implemented for the Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) policy for the 2026+ crop year. LRP SOI: The April 30 basic provisions from RMA were implemented for the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) policy plus Fed Cattle and Feeder Cattle Endorsements for the 2026+ crop year. LGM: The April 30 provisions from RMA were implemented for the Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle, Dairy Cattle, and Swine policies for the 2026+ crop year. LRP: RMA updated “Insured Value” to “Liability” in the LRP policy, handbooks, and forms for 2026 + RYs. LRP SCE: The ticket fulfilled the request to add a specific disclaimer to the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) statement pages. The eSigned “Map Based Acreage Report” Attachment Type label was updated. LGM SCE: This ticket fixed the Print Name field in the Signature Section of Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) Dairy Cattle form. Mapping: A drop down was added to the RLU maintenance screen. It was reported that the mapping and mapping tools had slow performance. LGM Cattle SCE: It was discovered that the default values for the Target Live Cattle Weight and Target Corn Weight fields in the Specific Coverage Endorsement Details grid were not updating when toggling between the Calf Finishing and Yearling Finishing types. DRP: The DRP Plan Detail Lines information needed to be updated for compliance to the 2026+ Handbook standards. LRP: RMA updated the label “Insured Value” to “Liability” in LRP 2026+ policies, handbooks, and forms. Updated the Map-Based Schedule of Insurance / Production Report with SCO information. Beginning with the 2026 Crop Year (CY)/2025 Reinsurance Year (RY), NVS will replace the Nursery Field Grown and Container (FG&C) crop insurance program. While testing DO #213725, it was found that Fast Edit PAW was missing a piece of functionality related the "B" procedure code (Blocked Production of Category C Commodities) for Cat C Perennials that allowed for separate APHs by block for the same unit. This ticket was to update the main format of the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) to support Shellfish. This ticket was to convert the Controlled Environment (CE) Catalog Checklist to the new platform. MCT noticed that the BFR Application, VFR Application and the new APH Analysis Worksheet that when these forms were converted to the new platform that the logic that printed the logo was not printing based on the System Preference like the forms were printing prior to the conversion. This ticket was to update the Perennial Combo Form to have the FIP print option printed in the Option field in the Acreage Reporting Section. This ticket was to update the Production Report/Acreage Report to have the FIP print option print in the Option field in the Acreage Reporting Section. MCT was improving how the Policy Declaration Page displayed Option data, no rules were changed, only behind the "scenes" efficiencies. 2025 RY Silage Sorghum SPOIs were released on Feb 13 2025 - 11/30 CCD. Continued work on the new "Exclude Blank PAW(s) for Coverage(s) without Detail Lines" that was added to the WFRP Combo Form in the 17.090. An issue was reported where a user set the Acreage Type to "Removed" for one or all blocks in a unit in Fast Edit PAW, at Save, the System did not remove the "Removed" block acres from the Acres for the unit (i.e., reported acres for the detail line) only. If all blocks on the unit were "Removed" with Fast Edit PAW and the coverage was marked complete as part of the Fast Edit PAW save, this also caused a suspension ("At least one PAW block is required.") on the unit; this was because an acres value greater than zero existed on the unit, but no insurable blocks were on the unit.

When researching this bug, it was found that Fast Edit PAW was only removing the "Removed" acres from the unit on save of Fast Edit PAW when at least one other insurable block for the same unit was marked as modified in the grid before saving Fast Edit PAW; if all blocks were set to "Removed" for the unit in Fast Edit PAW, the user was not able to mark any other blocks as modified for the unit, so they were unable to get Fast Edit PAW to update the acres on the unit at save.

This ticket was to update the APH Database Form to support Shellfish. Forage Underwriting/Acreage Report was being updated with some base form standards. This ticket was to fix a red Telerik error that was happening on the main format of the Schedule of Insurance (SOI), it was reported to MCT the error was happening on the acres field. MCT received a request to the add the "Exclude Blank PAW(s) for Coverage(s) without Detail Lines" that was currently available on the Perennial Combo Form to also be a Print Option on the WFRP Combo Form. This ticket was to update the Perennial Combo Form to have the FIP child line print on the PAW page(s). Currently for FIP it was duplicating line the parent line on the PAW page for FIP. This ticket comprises of 2025 DSSH updates that RMA published on Feb 6, 2025 to the Non-Discrimination Statement (NDS) verbiage. An issue was reported where information was missing from the Add New Detail Line and View Detail Line screens for Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle. As part of the 2025+ RYs regulatory changes from RMA, LGM was updated in the System to include new user-input Target fields. There was a caching issue when all states were available to select for a private product blank form (including those states that did not have anything set up for rates for product in the year selected), that was causing header information like "Issued by Company" to appear blank.
