A Transfer of Rights for Indemnity Form (TOR) that is compliant with the DRP Handbook and DSSH has been implemented in the System for the new Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Livestock product. The form is titled, "Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Transfer of Right to Indemnity (TOR)" on the Print tab of the DRP policy, and it can be printed using the blank report style.

Macadamia Trees: RMA has made some changes to Macadamia Trees for the 2019+ RYs. One of the changes was updates to the Producer's Pre-Acceptance Worksheet (PAW). The new Macadamia Tree PAW form is actually the same PAW form used for Florida Citrus Trees. With this ticket, the Florida Citrus Tree PAW was updated for 2019+ Mac Tree coverages:

Issues were identified within certain Livestock pages where, when users were on the identified pages, they could not access any of the main menu options or log out of the environment they were working in. The pages with these issues were the Add New Livestock Policy, View Coverage, and Edit Coverage pages within LGM, LRP, and DRP policies. An update was made to the display logic so the main menu items under the AIP banner now work regardless of what page the user is on.

TFS #95592 added IRS eService transmission support to Livestock. This included the processing of the IRS eService error file that is returned by the IRS after a transmission has been submitted. This entire process mirrors what exists today on the MPCI side. Part of the IRS eService error processing functionality triggers the Mark Complete process so the newly imported TIN information can be validated by the System. For MPCI, there are 2 IRS eService related suspensions that exist:

These same IRS eService related suspensions/functionality have been added to the Livestock Mark Complete process.

NOTE: A rare occurrence of SBI suspensions listing multiple times was found. TFS #97530 has been set up to address this issue.

DRP: To streamline the DRP QCE (pre-filled form) and the UI, the Liability value needed to be added to the Detail Lines tab grid. The Expected Revenue Guarantee column on the Detail Lines tab is now stacked and will now include the Liability on the top half of the cells and the Expected Revenue Guarantee on the bottom half of the cells.

An enhancement has been made to allow users to create and save Map Templates. A Map Template will save the Layer Control, Label, Shading, and Print settings. This ticket enables the Grower Map Template. A Grower Map Template is saved/stored for the current grower only.

Underwriting Report: A policy-specific "Sorry..." error was returned when a user attempted to access the Underwriting Report on a Forage Production policy. For the particular policy reported, a parent-child line existed (child lines created for different plant dates) and this detail line structure conflicted with the Underwriting Report logic. This has been corrected. The work-around until this correction was deployed was to delete the multiple child lines and then attempt access to the Underwriting Report. Detail line acres can be updated via save of the Underwriting Report to reconcile acres on the premium line for the unit/practice/type.

Work has been done to evaluate System performance around the child line rating logic. During review of the code, opportunities for optimization were identified. Code around how System-generated child lines (e.g. SE, SCO, etc.) are created and rated during subsequent re-saves has been re-factored to improve System performance.

APH: An issue was reported where there was a policy erroring due to an incorrect Adjusted Yield. The error resulted from an Approved Yield that was reduced due to an inconsistent yield. The System was previously calculating the Adjusted Yield using standard procedures in this scenario instead of using the TA handbook guidelines accordingly. The TA Handbook guidelines in Part 3 Calculation, Paragraph 21 Section G (page 7) state that when yield reductions apply to the APH Database, then the Adjusted Yield must equal the Approved APH yield. A fix has been made to update the Adjusted Yield logic to set the Adjusted Yield equal to the Approved Yield when an inconsistent yield applies.

Coverage: An issue was reported where the All County Designation warning message was being received for election of the "National" designation when there were not any coverages that had the "National" election selected. It was discovered that there were cancelled coverages on the policy that the warning was being triggered from. A change was made to exclude cancelled coverages from the All County Designation election, and users should no longer receive the warning when selecting an All County Designation if the only other coverage for the State/County/Crop is a cancelled coverage.

Detail Line: The Copy APH and Copy detail line functionality was never designed to support Plan 13 crops. It was found that the Additional Functions dropdown displayed the option as available on Plan 13 crops (e.g., Apiculture and PRF). With this ticket, this option has been removed from the Additional Functions dropdown for Plan 13 crops.

Fast Edit PR: An issue was reported where, when a user was in Fast Edit PR for Current Year Production Reporting and selected a Record Type, upon Save or Save & Exit, the user received a hard edit of "Record Type must = Z if Reported Acres = 0.00". The error occurred even though acres were reported and greater than "0". A fix was made in the code to correct a typo, which resulted in the hard edit on Current Year Production Reporting in Fast Edit PR being incorrectly received. Users will no longer receive the incorrect hard edit.

Margin Protection: For the 2019 RY, RMA made an update to Margin Protection so that, when a base coverage has been elected for any high risk (HR or HB) acreage insured under the base coverage through the High Risk Exclusion (HR) or High Risk Alternative Coverage Endorsement (HB), the option will not be insurable under the Margin Protection coverage.

In TFS #89036, the Related Margin Protection Coverage checkbox was moved to display below the Crop Options fields. This required the user to select options before the System determined whether or not to display the Related Margin Protection Coverage checkbox. Also, as part of TFS #89036, changes were made to no longer allow Margin Protection coverages to be associated with a base coverage with a CAT Coverage Level. Due to the fact that high risk acreage for High Risk Land Exclusion is always a CAT Coverage Level, no additional changes were needed to prevent a High Risk Land Exclusions CAT coverage from being associated with a Margin Protection coverage.

The System has been updated to no longer allow a coverage with the HB option elected to be associated with a Margin Protection coverage. The Related Margin Protection checkbox will not display if HB has been selected in the Crop Options field. The System will also no longer display coverages for selection that have the HB option applied in the Select Related Coverage dropdown. In addition to the coverages no longer displaying when the HB option is applied, the System will also not display the HB option if the Related Margin Protection Coverage checkbox has already been selected.
