Policy Estimate: This ticket updates the calculation for the Average Yield Used that is displayed on the printout. Previously, this field was calculated by averaging the Standard Approved Yield for each unit but will now average the Actual Yield Used for each unit. Due to the variability of scenarios within a unit when Additional Options are used, this calculation is only accurate when Default Options are the ONLY Options selected. When Additional Options are used, the Average Yield Used will now be hidden from the printout.

RMA released updated Sugar Beets Crop Provisions for the 2019 and succeeding Crop Years (CYs). The Sugar Beets Crop Provisions that will be effective for the 2019 Crop Year were updated.

Provisions print with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form is selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page is available to print from the MPCI policy Print tab and from the Batch Printing menu.

RMA released updated Sesame APH Pilot Crop Provisions for the 2019 and succeeding Crop Years (CYs). The Sesame APH Pilot Crop Provisions that will be effective for the 2019 Crop Year were updated.

RMA released updated HR-ACE Crop Provisions for the 2019 and succeeding Crop Years (CYs). The HR-ACE Crop Provisions that will be effective for the 2019 Crop Year were updated.

BFR: It was discovered that when the insured has more than one type of phone number, then the second phone number was not printing under the first phone number on the Beginning Farmer and Rancher (BFR) Application. The BFR Application was updated to print the Insured's second phone number under the first phone number.

The Potential Loss Estimator and Annual Production Report / Potential Loss Estimator Worksheet was updated to no longer print prevented planting acres.

NOTE: This form is only available for Plan Codes RP (02) and RPHPE (03) and is used by agents to estimate what the final Harvest Price will be when the form is printed to give the grower an idea of what a potential revenue loss could be. Potential revenue guarantees are calculated using the policy's yields and the agent's estimated values; however, if the form is printed after the Harvest Price is issued by the RMA, all estimates will use the RMA Harvest Price in the calculations regardless of what estimates are entered by the agent.

Because each Quarterly Insurance Period (QIP) within the same Effective Date could have a different Milk Production and Declared Share, the Expected Milk Production per Cow and Declared Share fields needed to be moved to the Quarterly Coverage Endorsement (QCE) form detail line table. The Dairy Revenue (DRP) Quarterly Coverage Endorsement (QCE) form has been updated in the following ways:

PR/AR: Some odd page alignment issues were occurring with the Production Report / Acreage Report when the three-to-a-page format was selected if the first database had more land than could fit on the page. In this scenario, the System printed the remaining land data on the next page and the Production Report / Acreage Report then started the next databases on the same page as the remaining land data from the previous database instead of starting a brand new page.

NOTE: Not all AIPs have the Production Report / Acreage Report turned on in their Print menu.

The Production Report / Acreage Report was updated with the following changes to correct to this issue:

It is recommended that if users would like to see all land for all units, then they should include the Supplemental Land Worksheet to print with the Production Report / Acreage Report. Another option would be to print another Production Reporting and/or Acreage Reporting form(s).

The below forms were updated so that they will not receive a red Telerik error message in the Signature Authorization field if the Grantee, Authorized Rep, or Power of Attorney (POA) has an ampersand in the name:

An enhancement was made to allow users to change the order of the map regions. When printing by map region, the reports will print in the order specified by the user. To change the order, click Map Regions. Drag and drop created map regions to the desired print order, where the top map region is the first to print and the bottom is the last to print.

Downed Rice: An issue was reported of a warning being received when a user was keying acres for the Downed Rice(DC) option. The message received was, "Warning: A single basic unit series cannot have detail lines with a 100% share and, other with a share less than 100%." This warning should not have been received as the share insured is not dependent upon the underlying policy's detail line share for DC option. A fix was made to the code that will suppress the warning from displaying on DC Lines only.

WFRP: During internal testing of WFRP functionality, a bug was identified with the premium calculation. When more than one commodity with different rate codes but the same WFRP commodity code existed on the policy (for example, Irrigated Corn and Non-Irrigated Corn), the System was calculating premium incorrectly. The WFRP premium calculation has been updated to account for multiple commodities with the same WFRP commodity code, and the premium is now calculating correctly.

When a linked MPCI policy changed the Approved Yield after the acres have been submitted on the linked Private Product Production Hail policy, the child lines were not updating with the correct information. An update was done to correct the bug so that the child line will also update with the correct information if the MPCI linked policy changes the Approved Yield.

When the user was printing the SOI for PAR-Flex, it was not pulling in the detail lines. A correction was made for PAR-Flex so that, when the user selects to print the Schedule of Insurance, the detail lines are now pulling into the report.

A script was added to the release that will update default year to 2019 for Private Product policies.
