RMA released several new and updated crop policies and provisions. Provisions print with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form is selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page is available to print from the MPCI policy Print tab in individual MPCI policies and from the Batch Printing tool (Tools > Batch Printing). The following updates have been made:

• The updated Area Risk Protection Insurance Basic Provisions (18-arpi) for 2018+ Crop Years (CYs) has been added. The previous version was removed and replaced with this updated PDF.
• The following list of updated provisions for the 2019+ CYs have been added (previous versions of each document were removed and replaced with the updated versions):

This ticket updated the Record Type information that prints on the Production Report and Production Reporting Worksheet to be in sync with the Record Types that display in the System. These updates were made for all years:

1. The version date was updated to "10-2018".
2. The unit's applicable Record Type alpha code now prints when a Record Type has been selected for the most current year in the unit's database. If a Record Type has not been selected, the field is blank.
3. The Record Type was removed from the legend that prints on each page except for the Statement page. On the Production Reporting Worksheet, a blank space displays where the Record Type legend to make the legend easier to read.
4. A Record Type legend was added and now prints under the Signature section on the Statement page.
5. The AOI code was updated on the Production Reporting Worksheet to only print active AOIs. If an AOI has been released, the AOI should not print.
6. The width of the field on the Production Reporting Worksheet that the Unit number is printing in was updated so when the Unit Number is large, it is wrapped.

Previously, asterisks were printing for land when all the land has printed for the unit on the Annual Forage Acreage Report. The Annual Forage Acreage Report was updated to only print asterisks when there is more land for the unit than what was printed in the field. This change applies to all years.

NOTE: TFS #93607 will be updating the following on the Annual Forage Acreage Report in a future release: 1. Add a right border to the extra page; it currently is missing. 2. Add more than one detail line on the extra page.

Some feedback was received on the API and PRF Combo Form. Concern was raised regarding the form's absence of fields for Date Planting Completed and Options, Elections, and Endorsements as these fields are required per the DSSH even though they do not apply to API and PRF. These fields were not removed from the form—the form has been consistent for the past 2-3 years. However, these values were added to make the form compliant with incorrect DSSH requirements. Also, in the PRF White Papers, RMA added an Organic Practice field. These updates were made for all years:

1. The version date was updated to "10-2018".
2. The "Opt., Elec., End:" label was added at the bottom of the "County / Crop / Plan" field. No data will populate from the database; "N/A" will always print.
3. The "Date Pl. Comp:" label was added under the "Opt., Elec., End:" label. No data will populate from the database; "N/A" will always print for all report styles.
4. An Organic Practice field was added to the Application page. The field will always be blank for all report styles currently. The field was added so growers can capture the information if needed.

Policy Header: A request was received to add a hover/popover feature within the policy header that allows users to view the phone number, address, and email address (if available) for the grower on the policy. The thought for this request initially was to mirror the existing hover feature that displays the phone number, address, and email address for the agency. However, after further discussions, it was decided to add a single information icon next to the policy number in the policy header.

There were a couple of reasons that drove this decision. The first is that the previous indicator used to show a hover feature existed for the agency was the underlining of the agency name. Given that underlining is an industry standard that identifies a link, it was suggested that the underlining be replaced with an information icon. Furthermore, there were some concerns about the appearance of the UI if multiple information icons were displayed within the policy header. Therefore, it was decided to display a single information icon next to the policy number. When clicked, this information icon will display the phone number, address, and email address for the grower and agency as well as the agent phone number and email address.

With this ticket, the existing hover feature that displayed the agency information in the policy header was removed. The agent email address that displayed in the policy header on the Grower tab of a policy was also removed.

This information has all been consolidated into a single popup. The new popup will be accessed by clicking a blue information icon next to the policy number. This popup will include the phone number, address, and email address for the grower and agency. In addition, the agent phone number and email address will also display. This change was made to the policy header for both Private Products and MPCI.

An enhancement has been made to the Layer Switcher to allow users to modify the thickness of the field boundaries on the map. Click the Layers button, then in the Crop Information section, click the menu button next to Grower Fields. The Grower Fields options display with Border Weight as a new option.

Updates were made to the Mapping Roll utility to roll multi-planting variety information in addition to crop/practice/type information. The ability to "Include Unit Information" with the roll was also removed. Going forward, a print option will be provided on the MBAR to allow users to pre-fill the report based on last year's data versus rolling the data elements.

RLU: An enhancement was made so users can view the Transmission ID and the entire text of the returned transmission to help resolve RLU ID Submission issues on the RLU status page.

PRF: An enhancement has been made to the PRF map booklet to list any linked PRF Points of Interest on a continuation page when there are more points than will fit on the initial map page for the Grid ID.

NOTE: When listing the PRF Coverage for the POI, the practice is not being listed. TFS #95218- Mapping- PRF Map Book Updates was created to handle that and clean up items and minor enhancements.

SCO: The current Supplemental Coverage Endorsement (SCO) procedures provide an insurance guarantee based on the gap between 86% of the expected area yield/revenue and the coverage level of the underlying policy. Beginning in the 2019 Reinsurance Year (RY), the RMA is adding a “coverage percentage” election to the SCO endorsement. Growers will have the ability to choose a coverage percentage between 50 and 100 percent. The elected coverage percentage will be multiplied by the total guarantee to determine liability. This will effectively allow growers to elect to reduce the liability on the SCO endorsement and customize their coverage. With TFS #89038 in the 7.015 release, the necessary UI and premium calculation updates were implemented to account for this new value.

Since the 7.015 release, the RMA has updated the SCO white paper to state that when multiple coverages for the same state/county/crop exists, then the same SCO Coverage Percentage must be applied to all coverages for the state/county/crop.

With this ticket, validation logic was implemented to require the same Coverage Percentage for all coverages for the RY/State/County/Crop when more than one coverage exists. This includes a warning on save of the coverage and a mark complete suspension when more than one coverage exists for the state/county/crop and different SCO coverage percentages have been applied.

Fast Edit AR/PR: Internal testing identified an issue with the Fast Edit Signature page in which the Apply All date fields were shifted too far to the right. The Fast Edit Signature Page date fields were re-aligned.

Margin Protection: An issue was found internally with the Related Margin Protection checkbox disabled in 2018 and preceding Reinsurance Years. TFS #40704, Margin Protection: 2019 RY Supplemental Coverage Endorsement (SCO) to not allow MP selection on related base policy, was deployed to production in the 7.030 release. The ticket was designed to disable the Related Margin Protection checkbox in certain 2019+ RY scenarios on the Add and Edit Coverage pages; however, it was impacting 2018 and preceding RYs due to a flaw in the conditional check for the Coverage Level, Year, and if it had SCO.

The Related Margin Protection checkbox has been reinstated for the Add New and Maintain Coverage pages for 2018 RY as it is acceptable to have the Margin Protection Related selection on the related base policy AND SCO as a selected crop option for preceding RYs as this change was for 2019+ RYs only.

Private Products

Yield Stack: Yield Stack was showing an extra percentage in the Yield Band and only Lower% to Upper% should be showing. The extra yield was the yield/acre displaying as a percentage.

For example, if yield band was 80%-95% and the Yield/Acre was $5.64, the Yield Band was displaying 564%(80%-95%)

A correction was made to Yield Stack policies, so that on the user interface, for the Yield Band Coverage columns, the only percentages that are showing are the Lower %- Upper %.

In the above example, 80%-95% would be the only values displayed in the Yield Band field.

Crop Hail: Pro Ag discovered a linked Crop Hail policy that was displaying a message that there was a 600 acre minimum requirement on the policy. There are no minimum acreage requirements for the Crop Hail product, so this warning message was in error. An update was done to remove the minimum acreage requirement from Crop Hail policies, so the users will no longer receive this message.

Yield Stack: Yield Stack policies were not rounding correctly on the fields of Approved Yield, Yield Covered/Acre, and Total Yield Covered. Approved Yield was rounding to no decimals, Yield Covered/Acre was rounding to two decimals, and Total Yield Covered was rounding to two decimals. A correction was made to Yield Stack policies:

• Approved Yield now rounds to the tenth.
• Yield Covered/Acre now rounds to one decimal.
• Total Yield Covered now rounds to the whole dollar.

When the user was setting up a Private Products Notice of Loss, it was not showing the claim labels due to the font being white. A correction was done for the notice of loss information entry page for Private Products. The labels are now showing.

Yield Stack: Internally, an issue was found where on the Yield Stack Schedule of Insurance the Yield Stack Coverage/Acre was not printing. A correction was made to the Schedule of Insurance for Private Products Yield Stack policies, and the Yield Covered/Acre is now printing when the user prints the Schedule of Insurance

The System was updated to store the total cartons on the detail line instead of the insured cartons for Packer Citrus Freeze policies. This change will not affect the policy balance amount.

NOTE: All Packer Citrus Freeze polices will need to have an edit/save done on the detail lines if you are going to pay a claim on the policy.
