These release notes provide brief descriptions of changes included in AgWorks 17.130.0.

DESCRIPTION ID #

DRP QCE: Updates were made to the Dairy Revenue Protection (DRP) Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) form, including the Subsidy Certification Statements via the 2026 DRP Handbook.

Changes that were made:

• Insured Info label was updated to “Insured's Name, Street and / or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information”.
• Statement labels were updated to left justified.
• Privacy Act label was combined into one line.
• Signature Date label and eSign data were moved to print closer to the right border.
• Added the “Insured’s Certification Against Subsidy Capture” statement above the Insured Printed Name and Signature section.
• Added the “Agent’s Certification Against Subsidy Capture” statement above the Agent's Printed Name and Signature section.
• Updated revision date to “06-2025”.

LGM Cattle SCE: Updates were made to the Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) form, including the Subsidy Certification Statements via the 2026 LGM Cattle Handbook.

Changes that were made for all reinsurance years:

• Added the “Insured’s Certification Against Subsidy Capture” statement above the Insured Printed Name and Signature section.
• Added the “Agent’s Certification Against Subsidy Capture” statement above the Agent's Printed Name and Signature section.
• Updated revision date to “06-2025”.

Changes that were made for all reinsurance years:

• Insured Info label was updated to “Insured's Name, Street and / or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information”.
• Statement labels were updated to left justified.
• Privacy Act label was combined into one line.
• Added the “Insured’s Certification Against Subsidy Capture” statement above the Insured Printed Name and Signature section.

LRP Application: Updates were made to the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Application to support the use of proper signatures and the printing of multiple signatures when required by entity type.

Changes that were made to the form:

1. Converted to new platform.
2. Update the title of the form to “Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Application / Policy Change / Transfer / Cancellation Form”
3. Update the title in the footer to “See Last Page of LRP Application / Policy Change / Transfer / Cancellation Form for Required Statements”
4. Insured Info label was updated to “Insured's Name, Street and / or Mailing Address and Other Contact Information”.
5. Updated the label “Insured” to “Applicant”.
6. Updated the Privacy Act label to "Collection of Information and Data (Privacy Act) Statement - Agents, Loss Adjusters and Policyholders".
7. Updated all statements to start on the line under the statement label and removed the colon after the statement label.
8. Updated revision date to “06-2025”.

Changes that were made to support the proper signatures/multiple signatures:

1. A dagger symbol was added to the end of the title to indicate that the form supports the printing of Signature Formats and multiple signatures.
2. An alphabetical (by last name) list of available signature authorities with their assigned signature format was added to the Print Tab’s Signature section.
3. If no signee is selected, the grower’s base default signature section prints on the form.

LGM Cattle SCE: This ticket fulfilled the request to add the new field “Lot ID” to the Livestock Gross Margin (LGM) Cattle Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) form to help producers, agents, and AIP staff connect specific head of livestock with each endorsement/detail line.

Changes that were made:

• Added the Lot ID label under Effective Date
a. Data for the Lot ID will only print for 2024+
b. The label will print for all years.

LRP SCE: This ticket fulfilled the request to add the new field “Lot ID” to the Livestock Risk Protection Fed Cattle & Feeder Cattle Specific Coverage Endorsement (SCE) forms to help producers, agents, and AIP staff connect specific head of livestock with each endorsement/detail line.

Changes that were made:

• Added the Lot ID label to the Number of Head column.
a. Data for the Lot ID will only print for 2024+. Other types of LRPs and prior to 2024, the data will be blank on the form.
b. The label will print for all years.

Perennial Combo Form: An error message was displaying on the Production Report / Acreage Report page(s) for the APH Yield Desc. field when the "Pre-print for next year" Print Option is selected.

Changes that were made:

This ticket updated the “Perennial Combo Form - Application / Cancel / Transfer / Production Report / Acreage Report / PAW / Policy Change Combination Form” to not display an error on the Production Report / Acreage Report page(s) for the APH Yield Desc. field when the "Pre-print for next year" Print Option is selected.

Livestock

LGM Cattle SCE: It was discovered that the default values for the Target Live Cattle Weight and Target Corn Weight fields in the Specific Coverage Endorsement Details grid were not updating when toggling between the Calf Finishing and Yearling Finishing types.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, the Target Live Cattle Weight, Target Feeder Cattle Weight, and Target Corn Weight fields in the Specific Coverage Endorsement Details grid on the Add New/View Detail Line pages for LGM Cattle have been updated so that each field's logic now tracks when a user manually keys a value in it.

• If a user keys a value in one of these fields and then changes the Type, the System will determine if the value keyed by the user is valid for the range allowed for that Type.
• If value is valid, it leaves the value as keyed.
• If value is not valid, the value updates to the default value set in the System.
• If no value was keyed into one of the fields, the System updates the default values in the fields based on the allowed ranges of the fields for the new type.

DRP: The DRP Plan Detail Lines information needed to be updated for compliance to the 2026+ Handbook standards.

Changes that were made for 2026+ Livestock DRP policies:

• The Declared Butterfat Test range was updated to be no less than 4.00 pounds and no more than 6.00 pounds, in 0.05-pound increments.
• The Declared Protein Test range was updated to be no less than 3.20 pounds and no more than 4.50 pounds (end of range value didn’t change), in 0.05-pound increments.
• The fixed Other Solids Test value was updated to 5.8 pounds per 100 pounds of milk.

LRP: RMA updated the label “Insured Value” to “Liability” in LRP 2026+ policies, handbooks, and forms. The value populating for the fields in the UI was not changed.

Changes that were made:

The column header “Insured Value (Liability)” was updated to “Liability” in the following locations:

• In the Endorsement Offerings & Premium sub-grid of the Specific Coverage Endorsement Details grid on the Add New/View Detail Line page.
• In the Detail Line Information grid on the Detail Lines tab for Livestock LRP policies.
• In the Livestock Risk Protection Estimate Grid on the Create Quick LRP Estimate page.

The field name “Insured Value (Liability) was updated to “Liability” in the Detail Line Information popup of the Policy Management Dashboard in LRP view.
