Production Reporting Forms: An enhancement request was made to be able to print the Irrigated Practice Guidelines with Production Reporting type of forms. When reviewing this request, it was decided to add Irrigated Practice Guidelines, Production Weighed, Precision Farming, and Authorization to Accept as base forms that can be printed via print options with the Policy Declaration Page and as standalone forms so the forms can be printed at any time with any forms for all AIPs. All changes apply to the 2017+ Crop Years and for all formats of the Policy Declaration Page. There are five formats of the Policy Declaration Page. The format that prints is based on the crop:

Rainfall & Vegetation Index: Previously, the Irrigation Practice was not printing on the Rainfall & Vegetation Index Application / Cancel / Transfer / Acreage Reporting Form. This has been corrected. |

Schedule of Insurance: This ticket fixed an issue where 0.0 acres were not printing in the Premium Summary on the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) when zero acres are printing in the SOI's Coverage Summary section. No changes were needed on the SOI / Production as 0.0 is printing correctly for acres in the Premium Summary. With this ticket, the Premium Summary now prints 0.0 acres when the Omit Zero AR checkbox has been selected and the coverage has all zero acres for all units. |

ARC: SCO procedures state the acreage enrolled in the ARC program cannot be insured under SCO. To account for this, an Enrolled in ARC checkbox exists on the detail line to allow users to flag a line as "Enrolled in ARC". Once this flag is applied to the parent line, the System sets the SCO child line as uninsurable due to enrollment in ARC. The Enrolled in ARC checkbox is only applicable when acres greater than zero exist on the parent detail line that have not been flagged as prevented plant or uninsurable and do not have a URA Map Area applied . On the legacy detail line, a validation error occurs that prevents users from selecting the Enrolled in ARC checkbox unless these conditions exist. During some internal testing of the Fast Edit pages and the Detail Line Drawer, it was found there was no validation around the selection of the Enrolled in ARC checkbox in the Detail Line Drawer. Logic was added to the Detail Line Drawer to display the Enrolled in ARC checkbox as grayed out so users cannot select it unless the following conditions exist:
If these conditions DO exist, then the checkbox will not be grayed out and users will have the ability to select the checkbox. Otherwise, the checkbox will be grayed out. |

RMA announced some changes to the Annual Forage policy for the 2018+ Reinsurance Years. The policy is being updated to include four growing seasons rather than the previous two. As part of these changes, RMA has added a new validation to the P11A record to ensure that the acreage was planted within the growing season elected on the coverage. A new ICE Table, ICE D00162_IcePlantedDateRange, has been added by RMA. This ICE table contains the planting dates applicable to each of the 4 growing seasons. With this ticket, a new validation was added to the Add New and Maintain Detail Line pages for Annual Forage (0332) to ensure the plant date is within the growing season selected on the coverage. On save, the System will validate the growing season on the coverage and the plant date(s) on the detail line against RMA ICE D00162. If the plant date(s) are not within the valid plant dates for the growing season, an error message will display. |

Cottonseed: A change was made as a result of CR 101299 for 2017+ RYs. PASS has been modified for 2017+ RYs to accommodate the Price Election Amount for Cottonseed (SE) for Plans 01, 02, and 03, which is carried to the fourth decimal place. This update will eliminate P11-7188 errors received for incorrect liability. |

Crop Hail & Named Peril Applications: A request was received to apply an additional statement to Crop Hail and Named Peril Applications for Pre-Printed Applications (Reports > Private Product Reporting > Pre Printed Applications). This statement was added beneath the table: “This is based on previous years policy information. Please check the current years state’s rates/rules manual for the maximum insurance per acre limits and crop eligibility.” Also, with this statement, a symbol (**) was added to the Insurance Per Acre field to indicate the field is related to the statement. This statement is specific to the Insurance Per Acre field and only applies to applications printed from the Pre-Printed menu. These updates are applicable for all Crop Years for Pre-Printed Crop Hail, Named Peril, and SRC Applications. |

Batch Printing: TFS #65608 implemented a print option on the Private Product Batch Printing Tool (Reports > Private Product Reporting > Batch Reporting) that would include zero acres on forms printed. ProAg has an additional sub-function when the Confirmation of Coverage is selected to include 0 acres. Previously, if the “Print Premium Lines with No Acres” is selected under “Batch Report Options” AND NOT selected under the “Confirmation of Coverage”, the zero acre premium lines did not print on the form. This ticket removed the option under the COC to avoid redundancy and error in the batch. These updates are applicable for the Private Product Batch Printing Tool. |

The Associated MPCI # field was displaying twice on the Hail Policy header. An update was made to avoid the confusion of having the same label show on the page when only one of the two should display. One of the two should will display the Associated Policy # (to display the manually entered number as appropriate) and the other will display the Associated by MPCI # (to display the MPCI policy number that the current policy is linked to for acreage reporting processes). |

Production Hail: An issue was found where, when coverage is split by practice and has endorsements on the Prod Hail coverage, the Submit Acres process was creating the endorsement on one of the two placeholders only. This has been corrected. |
