Batch Printing: A request came in from an AIP to add a print option to the Batch Printing tool (Tools > Batch Printing) that allows users to print only quotes. Previously, there was an "Include Quotes" print option, but the user still had to manually filter out any non-quote policies before printing if they wished to print only the quotes. With this ticket, a new print option called "Print Quotes Only" was added to the Batch Printing tool. If this new option is selected, the System will generate the batches to only contain quotes for the applicable search criteria for the batch. |

Within the Manage ACRSI Fields pages, users have the ability to view data received from ACRSI as well as Import Fields from CIMS. An issue was reported where, when users imported data from CIMS, it would overwrite any existing ACRSI data. This has been changed to skip any field from CIMS where ACRSI data for that RY already exists. |

Fast Edit AR: The ability to add a new detail line to the Fast Edit AR grid was not included with the original release of the new Fast Edit AR grid. Now, users have the ability to add a new detail line to the Fast Edit AR grid using the Add New Line functionality that displays within each coverage banner. These rules are in place when adding a new line via Fast Edit AR:
|

||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Contracts: If multiple coverages for the same crop in different counties exist on the same policy and a contract record was entered for each coverage, it was difficult to identify the contract record associated with each county. An enhancement was made to the Contract Information grid on the View MPCI Policy page. A hover feature was added so that when the user hovers over the crop name for a contract record, the County name of the associated coverage will display. |

APH: The Inconsistent Yield collapsible banner from the legacy Maintain APH page was implemented within the APH Drawer. Various changes were also made to the Inconsistent Yield collapsible banner from within the legacy Add New, View, and Maintain APH pages. These updates and the related functionality were also added to the APH Drawer. |
65539 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
APH: The Excessive Yield collapsible banner and functionality from the legacy Maintain APH page was implemented within the APH Drawer. Various changes were also made to the Excessive Yield collapsible banner and functionality from within the Legacy Add New, View, and Maintain APH pages. These updates and functionality were also added to the APH Drawer. |

||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Fast Edit PR & AR: The initial roll out of the new Fast Edit PR page only allowed access to the APH Drawer. Similarly, the initial roll out of the new Fast Edit AR page only allowed access to the Detail Line Drawer. Now, both drawers are available to the user regardless of which Fast Edit page they are accessing. The user will be able to toggle between the two drawers by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the drawer. If a change is made to one of the drawers, the user must save the drawer in order to access another drawer. Also, the APH Drawer will not be available if an APH does not already exist for a detail line. Standard lockouts apply to each drawer. Upon save of a Fast Edit page, the APH (if modified) will be calculated first and then the detail line. |

Claims: The MPCI Notice of Loss (NOL) entry and editing processes as well as the process for adding additional damage to a claim have been updated in the System.
NOTE: If coverages from multiple policies are selected, on save, a claim will be created for each unique policy/county combination.

Fast Edit AR: During internal testing of Fast Edit AR, a bug was found with the duplicate line functionality. When the user selected to duplicate a line that already had CLU acres attached, the System was initially displaying the CLU acres from the parent line as read only on the child line. Once the user performed a save, the line correctly updated to default the child line acres to "0.0" and allowed the user to edit. However, the System should not have been displaying CLU acres on the child line initially. The duplicate line functionality has been updated to no longer display the CLU acres from the parent line on the child line. The Reported Acres field on the child line will default to "0.0" and be editable as soon as the line is duplicated. |

The TA/YE Comparison link/page from within the Legacy Maintain APH page was not included with the original deployment of the APH Drawer that is accessible within the Fast Edit PR pages. The TA/YE Comparison link/page from the Legacy Maintain APH page was implemented in the APH drawer (which is accessible via the Fast Edit PR page). As with the link on the Legacy APH page, it will be available if TA or YE are available for the RY/State/County/Crop/Type/Practice (per the ADM) even if the option(s) are not elected for the coverage. |

||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
APH: During testing of the APH drawer, a couple of bugs were identified around the years that display within the APH Drawer.
These issues have both been resolved. The years in the APH Drawer will now always match those that display on the Maintain APH page. In addition, the duplicate years error message will now only trigger when there are truly duplicate years keyed to the APH. |

||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Fast Edit AR: In Fast Edit AR, in the Detail Line Drawer, the Type and Practice fields were not populating when an "XC" Written Agreement existed. These values should populate in a read-only format. The Detail Line Drawer logic has been updated to correctly populate the Type and Practice fields when an "XC" Written Agreement is attached. These values will now display as read only. |
69476 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
APH: By design, the Type and Practice fields should display as read only in the APH and Detail Line Drawers when a Written Agreement is attached; however, during internal testing, it was found that these values were editable when a Written Agreement was attached. The APH and Detail Line Drawers have been updated to display the Type and Practice values as read only when a Written Agreement exists. |
69478 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
APH: An issue was reported where the PHTS import was not consistently updating the APH with an Approved Yield when the most recent year acres value was "0" (zero). The PHTS logic has been updated for this inconsistency. |
69910 |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Fast Edit PR: A bug was identified with the "Is Modified" logic in Fast Edit PR. When the user made a change in the APH drawer for one detail line, the System was marking all lines for the crop as modified. This bug has been resolved, and the System will no longer mark all lines as modified when a change is made to only one line. NOTE: There is one exception to this when the BU Override checkbox is selected. When this flag is selected on one detail line, the System updates it on all detail lines within the same basic unit number series. In this scenario, all lines within the basic unit number series will be marked as modified. |

Cotton: For Cotton and ELS Cotton, the RMA will reject a P11 record if certain Skip Row information is not included for a record reflecting an Insurable Reported Acres value greater than zero and a Skip Row Practice. The Skip Row information required in this situation is based on the Planting Pattern, Row Width, and Skip Row Factor that is applied to a detail line. Generally, the Planting Pattern selected determines the correct Row Width and Skip Row Factor. Validations exist throughout the System to require a Planting Pattern in this scenario, but they were not consistent throughout the System and were non-existent on the Fast Edit AR page. There was also a scenario that could occur within the new Fast Edit AR page that would allow a user to bypass these validations. Therefore, a new Mark Complete suspension was implemented in hopes of identifying these isolated situations before the information is submitted to the RMA and errors occur. For all RYs, the following validations will now trigger for Cotton when an Insurable Reported Acres value greater than zero exists: On save of the legacy Maintain Detail Line page:
On save of the Fast Edit AR grid:
In the Fast Edit AR - Add New Detail Line functionality:
With TFS #69506, a new suspension will trigger at Mark Complete if:
The Suspension message will read: " A valid Planting Pattern is required for Unit(s) XXXX-XXXX, XXXX-XXXX." NOTE: All units for the coverage that could trigger this suspension will be listed in the suspension message. |

Fast Edit AR: When entering a Plant Date in the CLU grid of the Manage Land IDs popup that is opened from within the Fast Edit AR page, upon Save or Save & Continue, the Plant Date would change to the prior day. This issue has been fixed in Fast Edit AR (where the user was in a time zone west of the Central Standard Time) so the Plant Date on the CLU grid of the Manage Land IDs popup will not change upon Save or Save & Continue on the Fast Edit AR page. |

Private Products
DESCRIPTION | ID # |
---|---|
An AIP requested that, when setting up a Continuous Hail policy, the user be allowed to select if they want the option to factor IPA by Share or not. An enhancement was made so that on the set up of a Continuous Hail policy, the user now has the option to select whether they want to Factor Ins/Acre by Share or not. The new checkbox on the page is selected by default. Once the Submit Coverage button has been selected, the user can also see this option in the Continuous Hail placeholder line. NOTE: Until TFS #69091 is completed, the submit of acres for those policies where the checkbox is not selected will not be working. It will still take into account the Share by Practice until this ticket is completed. |

A bug was found that was not allowing the user to set up a linked MPCI Private Product policy if, upon the set up of the policy, the user entered an Insurance Per Acre value that was over the allowed amount and didn't override it. A correction was made to Private Product policies so that, upon set up, when the user enters an Insurance Per Acre amount, if the Insurance Per Acre amount is higher than the max that is allowed and it is not overridden in the popup, the policy will still be created but with the Insurance per Acre set to the max amount on the placeholder line. |
69858 |
An issue was found with splitting coverage between Irrigated and Non-Irrigated crops. The Price Election field was being greyed out (disabled) when users were entering the second line of coverage. This was corrected so that when splitting coverage between Irrigated and Non-Irrigated crops, the Price Election field will not be disabled. |

Claims: A timer has been applied to all products with the exception of WATTs to control the amount of time a Notice of Loss (NOL) can be entered on a policy following policy expiration. Now, once a policy expires, agents will only be able to enter an NOL within the first 240 hours (10 days) following policy expiration. |
