This ticket was to update Sales Period system logic to reflect a new definition noted in summary of changes for the DRP policy (27-DRP). Changes that were made: Previous Definition stated, "The sales period begins when a daily set of coverage prices and rates are posted on the RMA website and ends at 9:00 AM Central Time the earlier of Sunday or the following business day in which you can purchase quarterly endorsements." New definition stated, "The sales period begins when a daily set of coverage prices and rates are posted on the RMA website and ends at 9:00 AM Central Time on the following day." NOTE: At this time, this functionality couldn't be tested. A testing ticket, DO #233749 was set up to test this change once 2027 RY Livestock ADMs and DRP test daily rate files were released by RMA. |

Phase 2-5: 2027 RY Setup: Deployed 2027 RY to AIP Production Environments (AIP UAT Testing Ticket). Changes that were made: The 2027 RY environments were deployed. To UAT, users could confirm they were able to create NEW policies in the 2027 RY. Users must have selected states/counties/crops that have had ADMs released by RMA. This did not include annual forage, livestock, or HIP related coverages. The roll of policies from the prior RY were handled outside of the scope of this ticket, directly with AIPs in the coming weeks. |

An enhancement request was received to auto-populate agent/insured signature dates from signed/completed Acreage Reporting Form DocuSign packets processed via the AgWorks eSign module. Changes that were made: With this ticket, an enhancement was made to eSign functionality to auto-populate the Agent Signature Date and Insured Signature Date fields on MPCI premium lines in the Agent Signed and Grower Signed status fields from the eSign ePacket, respectively, when the DocuSign packet was updated to a “Complete” status and the document was attached to the Attachments tab of the policy. If a revised AR form was attached through the DocuSign process and dates were found to have already been saved, the system did not update them as revised. The following Acreage Reporting forms were enabled for DocuSign, and they attached to the policy when completed.
