Updated eSign to Allow Multiple Signatures on MPCI Policy Print Tab. Changes that were made: This ticket enabled multi-signature functionality within eSign for MPCI forms. When eSign was selected on the policy Print tab, an additional checkbox—Multiple Signatures—would display in the eSign section. When this checkbox was selected: The eSign Options section reloaded and displayed the list of possible Policy Signees. The Policy Signees shown were the names of the Signature Authorization valid for the policy’s Reinsurance Year. Next to the policy names were the email addresses and phone numbers (if the SMS was enabled for the environment) associated with the Authorized Signers and the Signature Format keyed on the Signature Authority record. If a Policy Signee was selected as a Default Signature on the Authority Record screen, the recipient to be automatically selected when eSign Options section displayed. A link to create a new Signature Authorization record displayed at the bottom of the Policy Signees list so that, if desired, a user added a new Signature Authorization from this page (clicking the link will launch the Create Authority Record page in the same tab). NOTE: NOTE: Before this change, a Policy Signee could have only been selected with the email address. The Select Forms to Print section was reloaded and displayed the forms that currently support eSign with Multiple Signatures. Currently, this eSign only supports multiple signatures on the Application/Change/Transfer/Cancel Form. Additional forms will be added in future releases. When the Multiple Signatures checkbox was selected for eSign, you would have keyed the required Expiration Date, selected the form you were distributing via eSign, and then selected one or more Policy Signees to include in the eSign Packet. After clicking Print, the eSign Packet would have been distributed to all selected users to sign before it was considered complete. |
