Changes that were made: The following were removed from the MPCI Policy Attachment Type List:

Automated SOI: To allow AIPs and their agencies greater flexibility in printing the Automated SOI functionality, a new flag was added to the agency record so that, at the agency level, the SOI omitted Zero AR Lines - SOI. Changes that were made: To control the visibility of and access to this checkbox, a new System Function, Policy > Agency Setting-Auto SOI, was created with "Read" and "Update" rights. Read allowed users to see the checkbox on the View Agency and Maintain Agency screens and the "Update" right allowed a user to change its setting. Additionally, users needed to have the ability to edit an agency record (see the Edit button) which was possible with the System Function, Licensing > Agent and Agency Maintenance > "Read" and "Update" rights. When this flag was selected, the Automated SOI omitted zero acre lines from printing the SOIs for any policies associated with that agency. |

This ticket implemented the changes needed to allow multi-signatures for MPCI policies. Users were able to see the Signatures section on the MPCI Print tab and displayed all signature authorities valid for the selected policy (with the beginning and ending dates that included the RY of the policy). This was being deployed as turned off. Changes that were made: If an authority record existed on a grower ID, the authority’s full name and preferred Signature Format (when keyed) were pulled into the Print tab for use when printing a form in the Printed Name field as a guide for those signing the form. If no authority records existed, then the Insured’s Printed Name field showed the Grower Name (FML or Business Name) as was the format before this multi-signature support was added. If an authority record existed but a signature format had not been keyed, then the name on the Authority Record printed. Users clicked the hyperlink that corresponded with the Signee's name to open the Authority Record for that individual to make changes if needed. Additionally, a new Authority Record was added to the policy from this new section if needed. For multiple signatures to print on a multi-signature enabled form, a user selected one or more checkboxes in the Signatures section. The maximum number of signatures that could be printed on a form at once was 10 signees plus the agent. NOTE: For AIPs using eSign, the eSign support for MPCI forms will be implemented in the next release. |

Attachments Functionality: Only showed missing documents. Changes that were made: The design in this ticket included a field with radio buttons where “Missing” was the default selection, but then a user could then toggle to view "All", which included missing and completed documents. NOTE: This change was released in the 18.010.0. |

When attempting to add/view an AOI from this screen, it was discussed that even if a policy with all coverages canceled should still show up on the screen, but indicate that it was canceled to eliminate confusion or user error. Changes that were made: When a policy had all coverages canceled, on the FE AOI screen to the right of the policy number on the banner, "Canceled" appeared on the banner. User could still expand banner and view contents (if any). |
