This ticket was to update the 2027 Florida Citrus Fruit Provisions. Provisions printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page when the print option to print provisions with the form was selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration Page was available to print from the MPCI Print tab in an individual MPCI policy and from the Batch Printing menu.

Changes that were made:

The 2027 Florida Citrus Fruit Provisions were updated.

Changes that were made:

2025 Rainfall Index Pasture, Rangeland, Forage crop provisions were updated.

This ticket was to implement the updated 2026 Rainfall (RI) Common Policy for PRF (008), API (1191) and Annual Forage (0332) that was released on Aug 29.

Rainfall Lease Agreement 2026+.

Changes that were made:

Created a new form for Rainfall Index plans for lease agreement certification process.

Form was available in the MPCI Print Tab for Rainfall Index plans and printed Blank, or pre-headed.

Form followed RI plan UW standard guidelines and required elements.

Form was optional to complete, and no system edits were implemented for completion.

This ticket was to implement the form on the new platform plus a few base form standards.

Changes that were made:

Applicable for all crop years and Print menus.

1. The Form was converted to the new platform.

2. Revision date was updated to "10-2025".

3. Reduced the shading to the same percentage that was used on the MPCI App (main).

4. More white space was added between the AIP Contact Info and Print Date.

5. More white space was added between the QR Code and the Page number lines.

6. The Attachment Type list name was updated from "Grove Identification Map" to "Grove / Vineyard ID Map".

Currently, the Fast Edit Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) screens collect standard creditor contact details such as name, address, city, state, and zip code, but there was no field to capture an email address. A new Creditor Email field was being added to both the Add Assignment of Indemnity and Maintain Assignment of Indemnity screens.

This enhancement applied to both the Add Assignment of Indemnity and Maintain Assignment of Indemnity screens.

A Pass status report from 05/01/2025 provided a change that would now allow for the yield indicator code of 'CR' when crop option Code 'PY' was applicable.

System was updated for Personal T- Yield logic to now allow for the yield indicator 'CR'. The following changes applied:

Procedure code = Acreage emerging from CRP = (R).

'PY' Insurance Option Code was applicable Crop Option.

100 % of the Submitted PTY T yield was used in APH Database.

Yield Type Code = 'C'.

Mark Complete Suspension was removed.

Suspension was 'Newly broken acreage or acreage emerging from CRP was not eligible for PTY calculations; Underwriting Review required. XXX-XXXX -XXXX - XX.

Suspension would suspend when: Coverage includes 'PY' option; A detail line included a Procedure Code = Newly Broken Acreage or Acreage Emerging from CRP; AND AR Sign Date Existed.

2026+RYs Spin Off of Beginning Farmer Rancher Functionality.

Changes that were made:

The below issues were found when testing DO #223752, and they were resolved with this ticket.

The Calc Log for the RP plan code was displaying the incorrect calculation for the BFR subsidy (value actually calculated was correct, but the equation was displaying the incorrect %).

On the Add New/Maintain BFR/VFR Application pages, the Remaining Years of Eligibility was inconsistently displaying 0-5 and 0-10 years and would not allow a selection greater than 5, regardless of if up to 10 years displayed in the dropdown at the time a selection was made.
