Acreage Report: It has been reported that the Acreage Report is not printing a detail line for coverages with no detail lines when the "Include a detail line for coverages with no detail lines" print option has been selected. The Acreage Report was updated to correct this issue.

RMA released several new and updated crop policies and provisions for the 2018 and succeeding Crop Years (CY). Provisions print with the MPCI Policy Declaration page when the print option to print provisions with the form is selected. The MPCI Policy Declaration page is available to print from the MPCI policy Print tab and from the Batch Printing tool (Tools > Batch Printing). Below is a list of updated provisions for the 2018+ CYs:

Annual Forage: Previously, the Annual Forage Schedule of Insurance (SOI) was printing the abbreviated names instead of the full, long names for Commodity Name, Type, Intended Use, and Practice. With this ticket, the Annual Forage Acreage Report is now printing the full, long names, and the Annual Forage SOI is now consistent with the Annual Forage Acreage Report. This change applies to all Crop Years.

SOI / PR: The System has been updated to allow users to print the Schedule of Insurance / Production Report (SOI / PR) form for WFRP policies. Additionally, the SOI / PR form for Nursery policies with coverages for plans 13 and 14 has been updated. Previously, when this form was printed in this scenario, the user was returned to the Coverages tab. Now, they are taken to the printed form once it generates, and upon returning to the System, they will still be on the Print tab. This form will only print the Header, Crop Summary, and Premium Summary sections; it will not print detail lines. This applies to the SOI / PR form for WFRP policies with coverages for plans 13 and 14 as well.

SOI: Previously, the code for the Schedule of Insurance (SOI) and the SOI / Production Report excluded $0 premium when Acres and a Plant Date were entered for the detail line. The SOI and SOI / Production Report no longer excludes $0 premium when Acres and a Plant Date have been entered.

This enhancement was identified by an AIP during their UAT of the Assignment of Indemnity (AOI) form for TFS #37949 in the 5.120 Release. Since users have the ability to select which crops will print on the AOI form using the Add and Remove buttons on the Print Forms menu, the AOI form was updated to print the County and Crop on the AOI form even if there is not an AOI set up for those crops yet in the System. There will be one AOI form for all of the coverages that are selected to print that are not tied to an active AOI. These updates are applicable for all Crop Years.

A 2018 Special Provisions update was made available by the RMA. This update was implemented in the System.

Strawberries: Master Yields are now available on Strawberries insured under the Actual Revenue History (ARH) plan. This is the first ARH Plan crop to allow Master Yields. System functionality was updated to allow Master Yields on Strawberries; with this ticket, both automatic and manual Master Yield functionality was implemented for ARH Strawberries. This includes additional logic to account for revenue.

Fast Edit AR & PR: An update has been made to the maximum character format of the Total Production and Reported Acres fields in the Production Reporting grid on the Fast Edit PR page, the Reported Acres field on the Fast Edit AR grid, and the Total Production and Reported Acres fields of APH Drawer on both the Fast Edit AR and Fast Edit PR pages for the 2017+ RYs.

NOTE: Standalone STAX current year production reporting will be handled with TFS #73820.

Fast Edit PR: A fix was applied to the Current Year Production Reporting grid to display the Annual Yield. For Current Year Production Reporting, the System will default the Annual Yield field to the value that exists in the database. If no value exists in the database, when a value greater than "0.0" is entered for the Total Production AND a value greater than "0.0" exists in the Reported Acre fields, when the user moves the cursor off of the Reported Acre field or off of the selected production detail line, the System will calculate and display an Annual Yield. Upon save of the Fast Edit PR page, the Annual Yield value calculated by the System will be saved to the Annual Yield field in the database; if a value already exists, it will be overwritten.

APH: Previously, in both the legacy APH and the new APH Drawer, the System allowed the keying of two decimal places, but the rounding logic was not applied to the Production, Acres, or Yield fields until the page was saved. This logic was updated to now apply rounding as soon as the user exits the field. This will allow the user to see the values they are actually saving.

Fast Edit AR & PR: A display issue was found on the Fast Edit PR and Fast Edit AR pages. When the user hovers over the Procedure Number/Procedure Code column header, a popup displays showing the various Procedure Codes and their descriptions. Under certain circumstances, this popup was getting cut off and the user could not view it entirely. This display issue has been resolved, and the Procedure Code popup is no longer getting cut off.

Fast Edit AR: A display issue was identified on the Fast Edit AR page. When the Land ID or Place Name was long, then the display was overflowing into the Approved Yield column. This bug has been resolved and long Land ID/Place Names no longer run into the Approved Yield column.

Detail Lines: A request was received to update the sort order of the View Detail Lines page to match the sort order of the Fast Edit AR and Forms. The sort order of detail lines on the View Detail Lines page (Detail Lines tab) for Plans 01, 02, 03, and 90 has been updated to match that of the Fast Edit AR and Forms. The System will now sort detail lines using the following sort order:

Peanuts: An enhancement request was received concerning the keying of Peanut detail lines with contracts. Users requested to see the Total Guarantee on the Detail Line page for Peanuts without having to perform a save. Previously, users had to key Acres and a Plant Date and then save to have the System calculate the Total Guarantee. Then, they had to select to apply contracts, select the applicable contract, and key the Total Guarantee in the Reported Pounds field for the contract. The Peanut detail line page has been updated to calculate and display the Total Guarantee and Unadjusted Guarantee values when the page is opened. This will allow users to see the Total Guarantee when keying Reported Pounds for a contract without having to perform a save first.

NOTE: TFS #72920 (Peanuts: Total Guarantee and Unadjusted Guarantee Calculating Incorrectly when Guarantee Adjustment Factor Applies) has been created to address issues with calculations.

With Cotton, the Stepladder endorsements may have a Sales Closing Date (SCD). Once beyond the SCD, no additional coverage should be able to be applied to the corresponding endorsement in the event any additional Ins/Acre is added to the Hail coverage for that parent line. If the endorsement is beyond its SCD, then any additional Ins/Acre applied to the parent line for the Hail coverage will not apply to the endorsement associated with that line. For example, on an existing $200 Cotton Basic Coverage/$200 Early Bird Cotton Stepladder, if a user adds an additional $100 Basic Coverage to the Cotton, then the policy will not apply this additional $100 to the endorsement as well if it is beyond the SCD for that endorsement.
