A request was received to add the option to pre-print the Rainfall & Vegetation Index Application / Cancel / Transfer / Acreage Reporting Form for the next year; this was added.

During some internal regression testing a few small bugs were found on the SBI and Grower pages; these have all been corrected:

APH: During internal testing, an issue was identified around excessive yields on the Add New APH page. When adding a new APH, if an excessive yield was identified, the excessive yield popup displayed, but if the user selected "Yes" to continue, the System sat at submit and did not finish processing the save of the APH. This bug has been resolved. The System will now properly save the APH when an excessive yield is identified.

Triticale: The System has been updated to disable/remove the Written Agreement checkbox on the Written Agreement Utility page if the Crop selected is Triticale (0158). This will prevent users from setting up a new written agreement request for this crop.

Triticale: Triticale is a new crop policy available for 2018. The grower may elect to use a Contract Price if the CP option is elected on the coverage. A Contract record may only be entered for Triticale if the CP option exists on the coverage. If the CP option is not elected on the coverage and:

The Add New and Maintain Contract pages have been updated with the following enhancements if the Coverage elected is "Triticale (0158)":

RMA has added a new Yield Type of "FA" for the 2018+ Reinsurance Years. This Yield Type will be used to identify production from acreage not damaged by UUF/third party damage when other damaged production was excluded. With this ticket, the "FA" Yield Type was added to the Yield Types table to allow users to key the "FA" Yield Type in the APH database. In addition, the TA logic was updated to consider "FA" an actual Yield Type eligible for TA.

NOTE: Additional APH logic updates will be required in order for the System to retain the "FA" Yield Type. These changes will be made as part of TFS #74343 in the 6.025 release.

Starting with the 2018 Crop Year, the Triticale Coverage will be available in select counties in CA, ID, KS, OK, OR, TX, and WA. This product is similar to other individual yield-based coverages available under Plan 90 (APH). A producer may choose to insure the crop at a percentage of the RMA established price election or, if they have a contract, the price stated in the contract. If multiple contracts are submitted for the same coverage (RY/Grower/State/County/Crop/Type) or if a single Crop Type includes both contracted and non-contracted acreage, a Weighted Average Price will be calculated and applied as the Contract Price for all premium line records of the same Crop Type.

Enhancements have been made to add a Weighted Average Price Worksheet and Contract Price Option functionality to the detail line. The Weighted Average Price Worksheet will generate a Weighted Average Price when the CP option has been elected on the coverage and at least one Contract record exists on the coverage. This is the value that will be used as the Contract Price on the detail line when the CP option is selected.

Contract Price Option functionality:

Mark Complete: An issue was found internally when using Process Zero AR (from the additional functions dropdown on the Detail Lines tab) where a popup stated that the coverage would also be marked complete; however, this was not happening. This was corrected.

Fast Edit AR: Within the legacy Land ID modal, users have the ability to designate a legal description as "primary". Although not a required data element, the absence of the primary land ID designation interfered with the display of the Land ID in the Fast Edit AR grid. Unless a land ID was set as primary, the Fast Edit AR grid displayed "Add" instead of the primary/first land ID entered in the user interface. This was causing user confusion because "Add" indicated there was not a land ID entered when in fact there was—it just wasn't pulling through to the user interface.

Fast Edit PR: On the Fast Edit PR grid, a bug was identified that caused the cursor to "jump" to the top of the grid when clicking on the legal description. This was a JavaScript error that was corrected in Fast Edit AR during QA testing earlier this year that didn't get carried over to the Fast Edit PR page.

The below forms have been updated to only be available in the 2017+ Reinsurance Years. These forms can each be printed as stand-alone forms from the MPCI policy Print tab and can also be printed with the MPCI Policy Declaration Page with the Crop Provisions.

Margin Protection: For the 2017+ RYs, RMA has issued an update to the stand-alone Margin Protection Rating: 2017 PASS will use the Expected County Yield as the Approved Yield when calculating Stand Alone Margin Protection Only. A change has been made to the MP Rate Calculator to use the ExpectedIndexValue instead of the Approved Yield when calculating the Dollar Amount of Insurance for stand-alone Margin Protection detail lines.

NOTE: There is an outstanding issue request out to RMA due to our premium calculations matching RMA's expected value but the policy still being returned in error due to what is believed to be a rounding issue on the PASS validation. Test policies will return an error for the Approved Yield due to this issue.

Growers: An issue was found on the Add and Maintain Grower pages where an invalid "No changes have been made..." popup was being displayed when the zip code field validations didn't pass. TFS #60853 in the 5.085 release fixed this issue on the Maintain SBI page. With this ticket, the Add/Maintain Grower pages were fixed to no longer trigger the invalid "No changes have been made..." popup.

It was found that an agent user could not add an endorsement to an Annual Hail policy even though it was a newly-added line and within the 24-hour period. The user could add an endorsement through the batch endorse, but the Add button on the detail line was giving the user an error message. A correction was made so that an agent user can add an endorsement using the Add button on a newly-added detail line without receiving a "Sorry..." error.

Internally, it was found that, if a user removed the application date from a Hail line, they would not receive a validation message stating the Application Date was missing when they saved the edited Hail line. Now, if the Application Date is missing from any Hail lines, then upon trying to save the lines on the Fast Edit page or legacy page (Maintain Premium Line page), the user will receive a message that the Application Date is missing and must be applied.
