MyAgInsight: Quick Estimate - LRP.

Changes that were made:

Livestock Risk Protection was added to the MyAgInsight Quick Estimate tool. A User was able to launch the LRP Quick Estimate from the Home page of MyAgInsight and was led to an LRP Quick Estimate page to enter specific criteria for the estimate. Results were returned in a grid format and could have been printed from the screen.

NOTE: Results were returned accurately, but there was a spin off ticket in 18.070 that improved the performance of the estimate and added validation to some of the selection criteria fields. There were also minor updates to the print-out to display more data as not all of the selection criteria fields were initially carried over for display (such as # of Head).

BFR: 2026+ RYs Changes to Beginning Farmer Rancher Report.

Changes that were made:

With this ticket, the Beginning Farmer Rancher Report (Reports > MPCI Reporting > BFR report) was updated in the following ways for the 2026+ RYs:

A new column, Benefits Received Year Count/Premium Subsidy %, was added to the results grid.
This column displayed between the existing Years of Eligibility and Processed by AIP columns.
This column was filterable and groupable.
Values only displayed in this field if the Reinsurance Year selected in the Criteria section of the report page at the time Display Results was selected was set to 2026 or succeeding RYs. This column was blank for 2025 and prior RYs as the change began in 2026.
The first value displayed for this field was the value found in the LivestockPolicy.BfrBenefitsReceivedYearCount field for Livestock policies or the MpciPolicy.BfrBenefitsReceivedYearCount field for MPCI policies.
The second value, the BFR premium subsidy % for the current RY, displayed following the Benefits Received Year Count value and an en dash (–) (e.g., 2 – 15%).

The BFR premium subsidy percentage shown was based on the BfrBenefitsReceivedYearCount value and what that value translated to in the ICE Table D00192:

1 year = 15%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “1”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

2 years = 15%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “2”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

3 years = 13%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “3”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

4 years = 11%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “4”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

5 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “5”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

6 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “6”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

7 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “7”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

8 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “8”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

9 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “9”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

10 years = 10%

This % should have been pulled from ICE Table D00192 where Program Indicator Code = “BF” and Benefits Received Year Count = “10”

Base Percent + Additional Percent

These values were intended to assist AIPs and Agents with determining how many years of BFR benefits the insured had received (includes the current RY) as well as show what BFR premium subsidy percent the insured received for the current RY.

NOTE: If a Processed by AIP date did not exist on the policy for BFR, both the Benefits Received Year Count value as well as the Premium Subsidy % value were 0 and 0.00%, respectively. This column was blank for RYs prior to 2026.

NOTE: If the value for field 10 on the P95 (BFR/VFR Total Number of Years) was greater than 10, PASS did not run the count rule for the P14 for that tax ID.

The existing column header, Years of Eligibility, was updated to read as “Years of Eligibility Remaining” to match the View Grower for Policy and Maintain Grower pages. The value displayed for records in this column remained the same as it was prior to this ticket.

The export for the Beginning Farmer Rancher Report was also updated to include this new column and values as well as the updated column header name.

MPCI Stacked Header - Added a "Linked Policies" banner within the policy header.

Changes that were made:

A new informational banner was added to MPCI policies when an associated CHPP policy was linked. This banner displayed key linked-policy details and current status at a glance, improving visibility and reducing the need to navigate between policies. To view this enhancement, an MPCI policy would be opened with an associated CHPP policy, expanded the Policy Header, and the new banner appeard showing the linked CHPP policy information and statuses.

The Online Help Site was updated with topics as well as with current release notes.

2026 RY: Crop and Livestock Income Protection (CLIP) - Coverage Updates.

Changes that were made:

CLIP: In 2026, the RMA implemented the Crop & Livestock Income Protection (CLIP) Insurance Program to provide a form of umbrella revenue protection coverage intended to work in conjunction with two or more individual commodity Federal Revenue Protection (RP – Plan 02) programs.

The program was approved for Spring 2026 crops (Wheat, Canola, Oats, Rice, Cotton, Corn, Popcorn, Dry Beans, Grain Sorghum, Dry Peas, Flax, Peanuts, Sunflowers, Soybeans, Barley, Rye, and Weaned Calves) in select areas in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas. It must be elected by the earliest SCD of the RP policy crops and covers all planted acres or head of cattle under the attached RP policies.

Due to transmission requirements, in the system, CLIP employed a 1-to-1 coverage model, similar to Margin Protection, where every RP coverage that a grower wanted to insure under CLIP must have a CLIP coverage by county/crop created. Per CLIP insurability requirements, all RP coverages being insured under CLIP must have had a corresponding CLIP coverage by the earliest of the SCDs for all crops that were included under CLIP (e.g., if Rice and Cotton were being insured under CLIP and Rice had a 1/31 SCD and Cotton had a 3/15 SCD, then the CLIP coverage must have been submitted by the 1/31 SCD and include CLIP coverages for both Rice and Cotton). Users should have set up all their related RP coverages prior to adding the corresponding CLIP coverages by county/crop.

To support the RMA's addition of the Crop & Livestock Income Protection (CLIP) program, this initial coverage ticket updated the Add New MPCI Policy, Add New MPCI Coverage, Maintain MPCI Coverage, Add New MPCI Quote, and Fast Edit Coverage pages to support the keying of CLIP Plan 77.

When keying a coverage on one of these pages, when the State/County/Commodity offered CLIP in the ADMs, then CLIP (77) was available as a Plan Code. When selected as a Plan Code, the:

Written Agreement checkbox no longer displayed since it was not allowed on CLIP,

Related Coverage checkbox displayed, and

After the initial save of the CLIP coverage, the user was able to see the Select Related Coverage dropdown to select the coverage that corresponded with the CLIP coverage.

RP coverages with CAT, ME, MP, PACE, STAX, or SCO did not display for selection as related coverages.

Coverage Level and Price Election%, and Unit Option Code and Crop Options displayed.

Coverage Levels were available in 5% increments up to 25% above the lesser of the related RP coverage with the lowest coverage level (including IRR/NI levels when LP was elected as well as the HRLEO coverage level when HB was elected).

The maximum CLIP coverage level was 85%. To determine the available CLIP Coverage Range, a user identifed the highest coverage level from all related RP Coverages in the same county and that was your lowest eligible CLIP Coverage Level for the same county.

Price election was 100% (or 1.00).

CLIP required the Whole Farm Unit option.

Additional coverage support was added for HB and LP options with 229736 and validations were added in 229531.
